        It has so far been over a week since my order was placed, and only today was our board delivered. It of course was damaged thanks to being on the road at various couriers over the last 10 days. To start from the beginning, the board was dispatched on time to the delivery company and apparently they made a delivery attempt but found nobody to be available to take the board. This is fair enough, however, no note was left saying that they had attempted delivery, so I'll be honest I was curious. Numerous calls to customer service have been made to sort things out, each time speaking to friendly staff but I don't feel much was done. As proof of shoddy delivery service, the carrier was changed where the original carrier was instructed to send the board via FedEx. Yes, they were doing what was necessary to fulfill the order, but should this happen? I am now waiting to hear back from customer service about the replacement board, which after informing them first thing in the morning after delivery, has still not been discussed, and likely wont be until after the weekend. Certainly won't be using this company in the future given this experience.
