        Highly recommend. Friendly and reliable, needed advice on improving the central heating system in my house and never felt like I was sold anything I don't need. Work was completed quickly and everything was left tidy after the job was completed. Thanks James.

        Didn't turn up. I called him because I had no heating. He said he'd come the following day, for which I thanked him very much. When he hadn't come by lunchtime, I texted him, he said he'd be over "later". I texted again at 6pm, and he said he'd be over the next day. Still no show. If he'd told me he wasn't coming, I could have tried to get someone else, but he just strung me along.
