Having broken down some distance from home, and having to leave the car in location, Oakwood could not have done more to make the stress evaporate. Brilliant Comms from the moment the phone was answered through to the cars recovery.
Were quick to point out poor service and so we should all be quicker at pointing out exceptional service: this it was. 5 Stars without a moments hesitation.
If I had to hazard a guess, I would say the team have adopted Robin Sharmas The Leader with no Title approach: if they havent, then he should approach them. Their philosophy to dealing with customers is truly commendable.
