Had such a great time! We spent the night with Hoitze! Had a great experience working as his servant. Main job was serving him carrots when he requested! very intelligent horse! We had Mr JP in with us the second night, unfortunately I was too tired so Tracey was kind enough to take him back to stay with his buddies for the rest of the nightAll the horses were lovely and you can tell theyre all loved and well looked after. I do not have any experience with horses and felt really comfortable. Tracey and the gang were all great with advice, great communication. Dont think about it, just book. Great experiencethank you all for your hospitality xx

I booked as a Christmas present for my 11 year old daughter and we had the most magical time. These are memories that will stay with us forever. My daughter did the yard experience before our stay and and loved every second. I can't thank Tracey and Holly enough for making us feel so welcome. Their friendliness and kindness made the whole experience even more special. I was worried it would be too cold in February but I didn't need to be, it was so cosy and warm in the barn. My daughter absolutely fell in love with Hoitze and constantly asks when we can visit him again. I'm sure we will be making the 6hr journey again soon, it was worth every second.

I booked this as a surprise 60th Birthday present for my horse loving wife. It is such an unusual thing to do that the novelty of it alone makes it truly memorable. Everything was just great including our companion for the night, the magnificent Hoitze, who was a total gentleman with a wry sense of humour and who was very appreciative of our attention. This made it a great interactive experience. We have our own horses so we were confident about being in his stable giving him a scratch but I think after some instruction from Tracy even a first timer would be safe. He was very aware around us and did not give us any cause for worry even though he is such a big horse. A "gentle giant". As it was early February it was cold but there is a very effective heater in the stable and we were as cosy as could be for the night snuggled down with the electric blanket on the bed. Tracy, our host was so friendly and helpful and I cannot praise her highly enough for creating such a wonderful experience. Thank you Tracy, thank you Hoitze!
