Primethorpe Post Office (Akshar Express)

05/11/2022 before roughly before 4pm, I was next to the queue patiently waiting for my turn in the postal counter to post a parcel. As he finished serving the customer before me he suddenly move to the other counter to serve the other customer. I call his attention to say "excuse me, I am next in the queue" but he seems to have no balls to do the right one and choose to be rude.

Quite often not very helpful. All of the Christmas cards that we had weighed then sent never arrived so it was 15 wasted. One or possibly two could understand as sometimes things get lost but all of them! If you want good service and a better shop to boot visit the othe Post office in Broughton on Station Road, very helpful and polite staff with better products in the store.

Great post office and newsagents with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Regularly visit to post mail and purchase items. Very good prices and excellent service. Andy the owner is a great guy! Highly recommended!

Visited tonight to post some parcels and what a lovely little shop and post office. The gentleman and lady servers were fantastic and so friendly. I live more out lutterworth way but was visiting the drs surgery next door when I saw the shop. I would definitely go out of my way to post my parcels here and support this shop. Awesome 5*
