Owning a rescue dog, is much easier with a brilliant groomer to look after him. After one acclimatising visit, he cant wait to get there now! Well done Sue!

We have a 5 year old goldendoodle who has a few aggression issues and we do not trust anyone to be left alone with her apart from Sue! Poppt absolutely adores sue and loves being groomed. She grooms poppy in the floor as she does not like the table. She puts poppy first and she always comes home looking and smelling beautiful!!! I would never go anywhere else!

Sue is a highly skilled professional who has a fantastic understanding of dogs and this coupled with her skills in TTouch offers a relaxing and calm experience for even the most nervous dogs. My Border Collie ,who is fearful and nervous, is very happy with Sue which is a real testimony to how multi-talented she is.

We are so grateful and lucky that we found Sue to groom our sensitive and anxious dog. Sue grooms according to Mabel's needs. What I mean by this is that she grooms Mabel with compassion. She never forces or restrains her. She takes it at Mabel's pace and is led by what she is comfortable with. This means we have a dog who is not traumatised by the groomer and has trust in Sue and us as well. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Sue

So, our Samoyed is 9 years old and in that 9 years she has been professionally groomed probably in excess of 30 times. Usually by an amazing guy in Slip End near Luton, but for the first time in 9 years we had no choice but to try someone local to our second UK home. OK, so she turned up and collected the dog, she took the dog away for 3 hours, although its never taken more than 2 hours before, charged us 70 and quite honestly I could have done a better job with the hosepipe in the garden, she cane back after 3 hours, still half wet and so smelling of wet dog, with hair hanging off all over her and not even the slightest sign of any trimming of hair, nails at all. I quite literally feel robbed. If I would have been home to meet her and seen that state the dog cane back in I would have never paid her a penny. Luckily for her, my Thai wife was the one that greeted her home. Absolutely atrocious and daylight robbery. Im seriously considering taking a small claim out against her just out of principal as I sit here after having had to bath my dog, dry her properly and trim her hair and nails myself, which incidentally took me just under 2 hours total !!!!!!!! 70 literally flushed down the toilet !!!!!!!! If I could post pictures of how she looked when being returned and how she looks now I would.
