I arranged for a service and repair to my hot tub fountains The engineer said he fixed them but the water spays out of the hot tub now. Combined shipping solution is for them to send me the parts and I fix the problem myself or pay a 180 call out charge for them to do the work Ive raised a dispute via my credit card company as I dont think I should have to pay in full for a fix that didnt fix the issue The failed repair took place 22/08 The video I sent clearly shows the repaired fountain spraying water out of the hot tub, effectively draining the hot tub. Yes its an out of warranty repair which I paid for, so given the repair wasnt not successful I cant understand why you dont want to rectify the situation. Offering a video call to talk me through the repair doesnt seem quite right to me. If a mechanic failed to repair your car and you took it back to them within days and after you paid, you would be baffled if they said they will video chat you and talk to you through how to repair it yourself. Or you can pay 180 upfront for them to repair it again
