Brilliant Service and very welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. Wouldn't hesitate to buy more hifi kit from Audio Lounge! Knew their stuff and only laughed a little at my playlist when testing the speakers, but honestly, really nice way to demo and learn when updating your audio equipment.

I recently visited the shop to upgrade my KEF R3 speakers. Mark suggested I listen to the new R3 Meta and was happy to demo them. He was not pushy and provided great advice based on my current hi-fi setup. I ordered the speakers and they were delivered on the day Mark said they would arrive. Highly recommended.

Audio Lounge are brilliant. Terrific products, terrific venue and terrific support. Mark and Gareth provided so much time in helping me choose a new hi-fi system; I have ended up with a setup that has me grinning from ear to ear. They both listened carefully to what I had to say about the music I like listening to and how I like listening to it; they spent time on making suggestions on what product combinations I might consider; no pretence, just experienced advice (they even went to the trouble of getting products in for me to listen to that they didnt even stock). This was so beneficial, as the last system I bought was over twenty years ago and I was completely out of touch with current digital possibilities. They took time to visit my home, initially to try options in my listening environment and then again to fully set-up the system. Its brilliant, thank you so much.
