        Kev came round on the day I contacted him a very quick response, checked out my leaking kitchen tap and said it can be repaired or replaced with a new one which would be quicker. He arranged to come and do the job the following Wednesday. On the day he phoned me to say his van had broken down and said he would contact me again when it was fixed and arrange a new date to do the job. Since then I have phoned twice and left a message but got no reply,so I phoned again today only for him to hang up on me. If he doesnt want to do the job he should have had the decency to say so and not just left me hanging
