Sutton Circuit Bikes

We'd seen the Volt bikes online and went along to give them a try at Sutton Circuit Bikes. It was really useful to be able to test them out on the track. Mark is very knowledgeable about the bikes. We ordered two Pulse Hybrids E-bikes from Volt and we picked them up today from Sutton Circuit Bikes. It was 5 Star service all the way from Mark and his colleagues who even helped us to load the bikes on to our new bike rack.

Really thorough and efficient service from the guys at Sutton Circuit Bikes. Dropped my bike in for a repair hoping it would be done within a few days and it was sorted in less than 48 hours. Will be booking in again for future repairs and services. Very happy customer :)

So yesterday I had arranged an appt with Mark to trial the Volt Pulse LS Step through E Bike. I trialled this and as a comparison The Kensington bike. Mark with whom I dealt with was really accommodating throughout the whole process. There was no hurry in me making my decision, I had several goes on both bikes and there were adjustments made to them to give me a greater experience. I loved the Metro seat on the Kensington however I decided I wanted to purchase the Volt bike and Mark said there would be no issue with swapping the seat when I placed the order. I have today rung the company and spoken with Volt after Mark sent me the link and placed my order! I did speak with the company firstly to make sure it was ok to swap the seat over and was told to put it in the comments section on the order page. The whole ordering online process was seamless and now I cant wait to receive my email to say it is ready! Great service from Mark firstly via the phone, then with a very positive Visit to trial the bike and then online and on the phone. Mrs Janet Williams
