        Hello, I am so impressed, how Castlethorpe Nursing Home Trained myself as a Nursing Auxiliary, I realize that how Management work-hard for me and all new staff. I am very much thankful to all management staff and Nurses for your painstaking. Now, I am 100% confident to provide service to our respective RESIDENTS. Castlethorpe is not a Nursing home, for me it's a family home, We are all in same household.

        Some staff are very rude to other staff and some are not woking there wasnt as I expected it to be no one really works as a team when one side is short the other doesnt come and help
