        We ordered tiles form Melton Stone and one box of tiles were broken and we called to let them know and were advised the broken tiles would not be replaced by them, as this was within the breakage allowance. This is the first time we've heard of this. Really odd.

        I had one Stone broken in the pallet pack, I emailed their team to advise and this is the response I got on email from Melton Stone. "Good Morning Jamie, Sorry to hear you have a damage, but unfortunately the insurance will not cover this as it is just one broken tile at of the whole pack. Kind regards, Melton Stone Damages Team" So if you are one stone short you need to buy another one, great service eh? After spending a lot of money for the pack, think very carefully about ordering from this company.
