Anyhow, was advised to ring and check before trying again, which I did at 16:10 on a Friday afternoon, was told it was working so made my way to the shop, arriving at 16:20, the door was locked and there was a sign saying closed for half an hour expected return 16:45..... so they closed 5 minutes after a rang and said I was on my way.... sigh....

Staff untrained - didnt know how to take an Evri parcel back
Went back later as requested only to find that the scanner hadnt been charged so they told me to come back again.
3 trips later they managed to fulfil a service they offer !
