Apologies, but this is a slightly long review but just wanted to document how thorough Northcarr Plumbing are. We first used them in December 2021 to service the boiler in the house we had recently moved in to. It quickly became apparent that the boiler had never been serviced since it had been installed around 10 years previous. So 10 years worth of dead flies, wasps, leaves, etc were removed and they serviced the boiler which continued to work. Recently, mindful of the boilers age and lack of maintenance, we decided to replace the boiler rather than wait for it to give up completely. We arranged for Gary to quote and he discovered that the boiler was in fact leaking and was really beyond repair. The following week Gary and Rebecca came to replace the boiler but discovered that as our walls were around 800mm thick they had to get a new flue. On their return, they also discovered that there was a problem with the drainage so again had to deal with the thick walls and install new drainage pipesall of this was done on a wet and miserable Friday afternoon. Around the same time we also had a problem with some outside drainage which Gary did his best to sort but unfortunately needed jetting at high pressure to clear it. Nevertheless, Gary suggested a local company to do the job, but said to call him if we had any subsequent problems with it. Fortunately we now have clear drains, hot water and heating. We would wholeheartedly recommend Northcarr Plumbing for any associated problems as they have given us excellent service. Services: Outdoor plumbing system repair, Water heater installation
