        My Dad has been there for 3 months and he was very ill when he arrived. The team at Westerlands have been amazing with him, gradually building up his strength and treating him with the utmost respect. I cannot say how much we appreciate how they've looked after him. My Dad also loves the social activities and the people.

        I lost my dad this year he lived at this care home, all I can say is the staff have more rights than any management they can do as they please with no respect for family wishes at all a member of staff was allowed into.my dads room after he passed before any family members and something belonging to.him was taken.. how is that even allowed??? I was not informed my dad was nearing death and therefore not there in his last hours again how???? I have reported this care home and action was taken but in my opinion its not enough!!! I
