Talked a load of twadle about how important his clients are and then cant be bothered to even answer an email or the phone. After several months of trying with him weve gone to another broker who managed to organise a mortgage in two weeks. Sadly now its too late as in the 7 months weve been waiting for Steve to work his magic the house prices have now gone up so much weve ended up having to lose our family home of 6 years. This was explained to him but sadly hes not felt it was important.
Its great youve made plenty of money, but if you cant be bothered to provide the services youre selling dont offer them? The rest of us are trying to get on.
