        Philip Bannister & Co sold my house within 2 weeks of it going online. The viewings were well organised and attended by Ian. Unfortunately, the chain broke beneath me which delayed things but throughout the whole process Charlotte kept me updated every step of the way and was faultless in keeping things moving as quickly as possible. I cant thank her enough for her help and advice. I would recommend Bannisters to anyone thinking of selling their house.
