David and his team have just completed a complete makeover on our back garden. His communication throughout the project was exemplary; consulting and keeping us informed at every stage. David designed the perfect garden for our space. This included: digging out a huge amount of soil to lay a large patio, building sandstone raised beds to match the existing stonework, cladding some very plain, unattractive fencing in cedar and completely remaking two fence panels, (it smells amazing and looks fabulous!), making a planter and screen from scratch and cleaning and overhauling the existing stonework! The whole team were professional and expert throughout; arriving on time and, again, keeping us informed throughout. They worked extremely hard and were unfailingly pleasant and cheerful. The final result is better than we could ever have hoped for. We are totally delighted and would not hesitate to recommend this company! David initially came around to look at a project we had in our garden, we mentioned how our builder was unable to start the work we urgently needed on our kitchen roof. Within days he had organised his team of builders to begin the work and we soon had a beautiful new roof with a glass panel, which was exactly what we had wanted. David and his builders were all so helpful and full of good ideas as well as being very quick to make adjustments if I needed to get passed with my rollater. Everything was tidied and cleared away each evening which was a real bonus. We had to go away for three days due to a long planned family trip so we left them to it without any reservations. When we returned Wow! the kitchen was transformed and bathed in light - just what we wanted. We are now really looking forward to seeing David's plans for our garden. We would always be happy to recommend David and Rural Landscapes
