Do not even bother. Arrived a day late because he wrote the dates down wrong, diagnosed a few issues, some of which he said need sorting as it is a risk to health and safety. Said he will get back with a quote, nothing, asked for a follow up, said 'I will chase the company for a quote as they have not got back to me'. Nothing, asked whats happening, no reply. Would be 1 star but no money was exchanged, now looking for another plumber.

After promising to carry out a simple inspection, having agreed a price, decided to stop answering the phone or respond to calls, to which I am still waiting for replies to my messages. There is no need for behaviour such as this. If issues arise, surely the easiest thing to do would be to make contact and say sorry I dont have the skill set for this and I can't do it. To keep people waiting and letting them down is very unprofessional.
