3rd time coming, never have any complaints all the staff are lovely and really good images too

Booked the 89 VIP package. For what we got it wasn't worth it. Arrived early, appointment was at 5 and was still sat there 15 mins later, for a heavily pregnant woman with a full bladder this was very uncomfortable. We went in to the sonogram, part of the package was weight of the baby which we didn't need as we had a growth scan the week before and the sonographer said she couldn't do it as it would conflict with what we had already found out from the hospital. Another part of the package was a gender reveal which we already knew, so that was pointless, no concessions were made for this or reduction in price. Baby wasn't playing ball so we had to go for walk and another couple were seen. When we came back we tried again. The images we received were very poor and most of them unusable. For nearly 90 I expected a little better. At the end we were given 4 images as 2 were very simliar. My partner asked if he could see the rest so we could choose and was told no due to GDPR, they are our images and we weren't allowed too choose what was printed. Any extras had to be paid for and were very expensive. We got a small gift package which contained a baby bottle and some leaflets. I expected something a bit more substantial as this is a V.I.P package. We were given access to a digital copy which we had to ask permission for via Google drive. Google drive is a very unsafe platform and not somewhere we would want our baby's pictures stored. The images are awful and most of them unclear and cannot use. I understand that sometimes baby doesn't want to play but this is not 90 worth of an experience. For a VIP experience it just seemed very basic and you were treated the same as someone paying a smaller package. No goodie bag, no special treatment nothing and mediocre pictures at the end. I just feel this was a waste of money and I am deeply disappointed at something that should have been a memorable experience.

Amazing service. Lovely people at the desk and the woman who did the scan was so lovely, explained everything and was so reassuring :) Highly recommend, would definitely use again. They was so nice to me and my partner, we left the building smiling all the way home! Thank you for being so lovely 5
