I took up Karate as a way to keep myself fit and active but there are so many more benefits such as stress relief, self -defence and discipline. I think back to when I first started and the notable improvements I have made in my strength, power, flexibility, focus and fitness. Every lesson is varied, every warmup is varied: sometimes its the traditional run around the dojo performing various exercises, sometimes its the modern style HIIT. Its a great environment to train in with a good mix of ages and abilities. Everybody is very friendly. This is a fantastic club and a brilliant environment for young and old alike. Give it a go!

Brilliant club - every student at every level is engaged - not ignored. Great fitness work as well as 1st class Karate tutoring.

Awesome club. Learn at your own pace amongst others at varying levels. Very friendly, other members are always willing to help if you need any assistance. Sensei Ashley focuses attention on learning by taking part and having fun and enforces showing respect for all members. Suitable for all ages. Also fab for fitness if karate grading isn't your thing. Found it great that Ashley allows you to try the club for a few sessions before committing to it fully. Nothing to lose. Give it a go.

My son and husband have been training for 2 and half years now and both love it. With 3 different training sessions available, they go together once a week and then separately omce a week. They both get so much out of it. Sensei Ashley is very apprachable and the focus is always on self defence. Warm and friendly club and wouldnt take my son anywhere else.

My daughter and I have being training at Karate Hull for over a year now. From the first moment we walked through the dojo doors we were made to feel welcome by Sensei Ashley. My fears of training quickly disappeared! I look forward to training with my fellow students each week . My eldest daughter has even joined us
