        Pathetic. More bothered about targets and timelines than students. I did not finish the course. I could not sit an exam because someone did not enter a 6 digit number correctly. I was not happy and even got told off for being angry. At this time l put myself and family at risk by going to Leeds whilst COVID was bad in September, wasted train fare and all the effort through preparation.

        I can totally recommend them. I am studying with Encompass since March. Teachers are great very helpful . All the time available . Great communication. I passed my two exams thanks to ten on more then 80% . Thank you all ! You are doing great job ! Klaudia Potoczek-Waligora

        I have now completed two apprenticeships through Encompass and could not be happier with the support and guidance given throughout. The staff have all been extremely helpful and communication has been great, assessors have gone above and beyond to support me with my work, and I have achieved both apprenticeships quicker than the given timescales. I couldn't recommend Encompass enough! :)
