Excellent service, and kind and helpful. On my last leg of the TPT coast to coast, Ed saved me, when my bike broke down. Within 40 minutes I was back on the road. This is a genuine, trustworthy business, run by good people, work excellent cycles. Thank you vivelevelo.

I recently bought a bike through one of the cycle to work schemes. I could've bought it online but decided to go through this shop instead for the same price. It was incredibly easy, they answered all of my questions and were helpful throughout. The bike arrived today and they helped set the seat height, sorted some accessories and just generally made sure it was right for me. It's a bit of a drive from my house but I'll be using this shop from now on. Great experience all round.

From the minute I set foot inside the guys at Vive le Velo were simply wonderful. The welcome, their exceptional knowledge and ability to understand the needs of the customer are second to none. In a time where we all should support local business there are no greater reasons to make this your go-to LBS! Without doubt we'll be back for a coffee, a chat and all of our cycling needs. Thanks in particular to Ed and Doug - the purchase experience and handover put many, many other establishments to shame. Thanks gents. PS - the bike is something else! I love it.
