I paid my 25% deposit, and then paid another 25% but unfortunately had to cancel the event with 6 months notice. As per the contract I accepted the loss of the 25%, but since then I have made countless phone calls and sent 8 emails requesting the refund of over 1,000, Harry and Emily have proceeded to ignore me so unfortunately I have been left with no other option than to escalate the matter. I would not recommend this company as they do not adhere to their own terms and conditions.
