Well Brotton - High Street

The service is usually slow I use this chemist almost every week Even when the shop is empty you have to wait for staff to serve you I even got a text to say my prescription was ready to find that when i went to collect it I was told I could not have it because the pharmacist was no in attendance and I would have to wait 2 hours untill they returned to sign it off !!! Pathetic and a waste of my time

I recently left Well pharmacy due to appalling customer service,I was in the pharmacy about 1 month ago to collect my repeat prescription,waiting at the counter I was ignored for around 10 minutes. A regular visitor arrived who was served immediately,then drank his prescription in my presence,then his dog running free around the pharmacy was given treats by the staff member,who eventually dealt with me. This is the worst customer service,I as a pensioner have ever encountered,whoever is management needs to GET THEIR FINGER OUT,I take exception to to being placed behind a crackhead and his DOG

Worst pharmacy around never had your prescriptions in stock my mother's terminally ill and having to suffer because of the poor medication management would of gave 0 stars if possible

Unless your lucky enough to get Kerry or Amanda who are very professional this chemist is terrible and staff unhelpful and rude.
