Too many frustrating visits! Ive lost count of the amount of times Ive picked up a product thats clearly on a promo - only to get to the counter, have it scanned and then be charged full price, then when I point out its on a promo the assistant claims to know nothing about it, or they admit that might be the case but its not on the system. Or send another member of staff to check the price. Some staff can also seem a bit rude and unbothered in these situations. Waitrose food section is always under stocked. Store feels disorganised at times, random stock lines placed in the wrong place. Its a shame as its a nice modern petrol station but always feels like its not being run very well, whether thats in store or the system Im not sure. I dont normally write reviews on anything - let alone petrol stations, but frustratingly its on my doorstep so often find myself there for bits, so Im hoping that shell or Waitrose read this and do something about it.

Really convenient place to fill up and shop if you're caught short. But be warned use of Shell App has caused me a massive headache here: Apparently if you dont have good phone signal payments can fail, in which case you're just kept waiting, and they shout at you from the booth. Last visit the pre-payment/authorisation system flagged fraud to my bank, and my card was stopped.
