Broomedge Post Office

Very rude staff member. Old woman with dyed blond straight hair is very rude. Accused me of lying not once but twice. She's awful! Avoid this woman.

On her it says Post Office open to 9pm. Went at 13.30 to be told post office counter closed at 12.30. Wasted journey.

The team at Broomedge are amazing. Always happy to help even at the busiest of times. So grateful to have this post office on our doorstep.

Very disappointed in the management of Budgens operating and trading through the Too good to go app. I reserved and paid for two meals from Too good to go app, paid in full and money was taken from my account. Arrived here only to be told that it wasn't left for me and the staff know nothing of it, also that this keeps happening and they don't know what to do. Staff were friendly enough but I can't see how the management could allow this mistake happen more than once. It is very costly to the customer and very embarrassing for the reputation of the shop. If I was notified before setting off from my home in Liverpool then I wouldn't have wasted my time or fuel. Insulted to be told that this has been happening a lot and keeps happening. Can be easily avoided if management step in but seem like they are happy enough to take peoples money and waste their time.
