Just had my tracking done by Bentley's on an old Citroen C1 after replacing the old rusted/bent wheels with new ones and tyres. Bentley booked me in promptly and were very professional and courteous on the phone. Not only that but they night before the tracking was due, I only managed to change 2 rims myself due to stiff rims and then discovered one rim was on the wrong side (directional tyres). Bentley changed all the wheels for me at short notice. They even let me use their WiFi for an important meeting that got scheduled over lunch. They warned me they might be running late but actually finished all the work (and the unplanned wheel changes with very stubborn rims) in good time. Will definitely be using them again and would recommend their services highly. Services: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Especially if you are a young woman. I am by no means an expert in car mechanics however I am not stupid....clearly Bentley's thought I was! My car engine overheated on the way to work and (unfortunately) this was the nearest place I could get to once I had allowed time to cool down. I suspected there may have been a leak in the coolant due to another recent/similar scenario. After speaking to reception lady I was told there could be a problem with the head gasket, if this was the case it would be approx 1,500 to fix - worst case scenario. Later that day they called me to advise it was most definitely a blown head gasket that and it would actually cost me 2,700. She explained to me over the phone the test they did on my car and used an analogy of a pregnancy test (ridiculous and insulting). After telling them I would be getting a second opinion they allowed me to drive the car HOME (which you would not be able to do with a blown head gasket). My local trusted garage had a look and informed me the problem was in fact a leaking coolant, which cost me a LOT less to fix and car has been running fine ever since. Bentley's also broke part of the bonnet of my car trying to open it - which has since cost 150 to fix (elsewhere of course). I honestly believe this garage will try and create issues that don't exist to get money out of vulnerable people. Was shocked to see some good reviews on here given the awful experience I had.

I have been a customer here since I came to the UK in 2007 and it was recommended to me by the RAC callout Driver as an honest no frills business. I have been with them ever since with two family cats plus daughters A Class , sister in laws car when she up from the coast plus several neighbours who I have passed over to them. I have had engine blown, brakes, clutches , coil springs, tyres and other things done all to a professional standard and willingly and reasonably priced. They are always booked up which is also a good sign. I now drive 30 miles to them for any MOTs and repairs willingly. So if you want a great family business with integrity and honesty, fair and square support them and you wont be sorry. Service: Brakes
