Everything was fine until the day of installation when Farooq called me and told me that unless I agreed to pay substantially more for each slab then he would cancel the job and keep my deposit in full. I had already paid in cash upfront and unfortunately had to agree in order to not lose my deposit. He was incredibly hostile and I will never use his services again.

After contacting many Quartz suppliers/fitters to quote me for Alaska Quartz I found that it was out my budget. But I found Farooqs Ad on Facebook marketplace so contacted to get a quote and he really did surprise me with a very competitive quote. Farooq was very quick to respond and had answers for any questions I had. I went to visit them at location to take a look at the Alaska Quartz myself just to make sure it was the Alaska variation i wanted and at that point I paid my deposit. Due to delays in my house renovation I delayed the fitting about 2/3 month but Farooq was more than happy to keep hold of my slab of Quartz until i was ready to have it fitted. I provided 4 days notice that I was ready for the fitting and he arrived with a fitter on the planned day. He arrived at 7pm and finished at almost 1am, The Alaska, the fit and finish is beautiful. They really knew what they were doing, the aligning and making sure everything fits well and looks nice was important to them as it was for me. honestly amazing service and amazing end result, could not be happier. In sha allah wishing Farooq and his team all the best and I hope this review will provide others confidence in Direct Marble Ltd and the work they do.

We had Direct marble fit quartz windows sills in our new conservatory. They had a really good choice of quartz. Once our flooring was done they came to do our templating next day, and fitted it two days later. Farooq and team were really helpful and was happy to answer all our queries. Even though it was just window sills Mircea the fitter did an immaculate job and took his time to make sure it was perfect. Also their price was really good and much lower than some of our quotes (one was three times the price!).
