        I had marked this as a 5 star review previously but changing to a one star because of my experience today. I booked an appointment for my son to get his hair cut for his birthday at Brookwood Barber Box. When we turned up today for his appointment, the box wasn't open, no answer when called and no reply to Facebook message. My son was excited to get his hair cut for his birthday, now he's disappointed.
