Had a really positive experience with Russell & Beth when I purchased a house through R B Walters Estate Agents during which should of been a really stressful time. They were more informative and kept me upto date with information all through the process from start to finish had even more contact with them than my solicitor! Questions were always answered promptly no mater what time of day it was. Thank you both for making the process run so smoothly.

I cannot recommend Russell highly enough. My parents had a particularly tricky sell due to a legal issue and he stuck with them every step of the way, going above and beyond expectations. It is literally like a close friend is selling your house for you.

I could write an essay about how wonderful Russell and Beth have been, how lucky we feel to have found them, and how much they've supported us through our first ever experience of selling a house - but I'll try not to! We met Russell when he showed us around another house and we knew he was the man we wanted to sell our home, which he managed within 4 days! 5 months later (due to solicitor issues that he has endlessly battled to help with) we feel a bit sad that we won't be in touch anymore! Russell and Beth are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, professional, reliable, punctual, and never fail to keep you in the loop and stay in touch. Use the services of R B Walters, you won't find anyone better!

Can't thank Russell enough for his professionlism, resourcefulness and always being on the end of the phone when needed (which happened alot - the bat-phone was rarely quiet!) Excellent service and support throughout my house purchase, often dealing with extremely frustrating and challenging solicitor issues. Wouldn't hesitate to use RB Walters Estate Agents for any future sales or purchases - highly recommend anyone to do the same.
