        Visted the pharmacy on Christmas Day with an emergency prescription for antibiotics. The pharmacist was very friendly and helpful. I am grateful that they were open for 2 hours so that I could collect my medicine.

        I went in today (21.12.22) with my distressed 4 year old son who urgently needed steroids and antibiotics. I was told they dont have stock ( OK - I can live with that ) and when I asked if they know where I can get my prescription fulfilled from nearby, I was sarcastically told yeah, google it !. Always changing staff and this young lady needs a moral reset.

        Terrible Pharmacy. I had a Covid vaccine booked for the 1/7/22. I was called to ask if I could come in sooner than 4.45 which I couldnt. The lady wanted to leave early so I arranged to come the following week. I arrived for the next weeks booking only to be she has gone home and there was no vaccine in the fridge. An 8 mile round trip for nothing. I cant recommend the pharmacy.

        Worst pharmacy ever. Everytime I have used this pharmacy they are short of medication. Always has to be ordered and I have to do double trips. On top which I hv just experienced a gormless pharmacist who obviously has no knowledge of customer service. Have got in touch with head office who have also not bothered responding. The attitude obviously stems from the top downwards.
