Her bubbly, and joyful personality along with her level of experience, really stood out to me. I got this feeling that she would be the perfect person to have in my corner and I was absolutely right. She was punctual and understanding. She adapted when circumstances changed and was still positive and for a bride its necessary for you to be the only one that freaks out. She made my experience memorable, she made me laugh lots, and most importantly, she worked her magic, not one but twice!!! I cannot recommend Charnell enough! From the start to the end she was gracious, funny and professional. Both her & Paris were amazing and I loved how my hair and the bridesmaids looked on the wedding day. Shes versatile and catered for different hair types which is why I went with her. Her hands are talented and shes a delight to be around. Will definitely be using her again for special events in the future

If I could give a 1,000 more stars I would. My wedding hair was something out of this world and my utmost thanks goes to Chatel Noire. I find it so difficult to find something I not only liked but something I would also like on me. She absolutely nailed it and it really helped that she was so lovely and easy to talk to! Theres not enough words to describe Chatel Noire ! Charnell was absolutely amazing through out the whole process . From our first consultation she put me right at ease and I knew she was the stylist for me . She was so warm and her knowledge and experience exuded from our very first call. Now my wedding day , we had such a great time doing my hair and I fully trusted her to follow her creative direction and the beautiful style she created for me was absolutely gorgeous! Charnell was such a dream and blessing to work with! First of all, it felt like I had known her for ages, she is so kind and bubbly.
