        I am glad to say that Gavin was able to help me with my shoulder pain and got me back to playing the sports I love! Gavin did a thorough job of assessing the pain and developed an effective exercise regime to help alleviate it. It's always wonderful to have a positive experience with a healthcare professional, and it's especially great that Gavin was able to help me get back to doing the things I enjoy.

        Ive been going to Gavin now for 4 years, lovely guy with great out comes, I suffer with lower back pain and also fibromyalgia I have acupuncture for my fibromyalgia and it helps loads

        I had 3 options: GP, A&E or Physio. I opted for the latter. I never been Physio in my life so did not know what to expect. I found GCR as it was local and had a perfect set of reviews. I now see why. Gavin was knowledgable, professional and clearly good at what he does. I had pain behind my knee and some joint work done and this helped speed up the recovery process DRAMATICALLY. Thanks alot Gav and all the best mate
