Purchased speaker stands which were never delivered and still havent got a refund for it after 1 month plus. Absolute crooks. Avoid them and use reputable companies even if it costs a little bit more

Very poor customer service - refused a receipt instore and told it would be emailed - it wasnt. No reply to email chasing it and cannot get through on phone - apparently unmanned phone line. Now have no comeback if items are faulty/not suitable for purpose!! AVOID!!!!!

I make a point of only using companies in the UK to avoid the appalling service by shipping companies that I have experienced ordering from anywhere on the continent. ANYTHING you order from DV247 online will be shipped from Germany by the way, this isn't made abundantly clear when ordering. As expected, they use UPS, which is just about the worst shipping company you can possibly use. All kinds of delays and hold ups occurred in Germany, after some effort and having to go through their sales department at UPS to even talk to someone, I spoke to someone who was incapable of having a coherent conversation in English and just continued to read the same paragraph of a script over and over again, I ask to speak with supervisor and they hang up the call. There are plenty of good company's in the UK which provide the instruments and equipment you need, many of them small companies. I have never had any issue ordering from these companies. Use them. Avoid DV247 if you can.
