Our family doctors. I find the reception staff very approachable and helpful. I fully understand they have to ask what an appointment is for as they need to ensure correct medical personnel sees the patient, I have never found their questions invasive. The GPs are also very good, even opened up early to see me one afternoon because they were concerned about my post covid symptoms after a telephone consultation. I have only one issue with the surgery, the automatic doors are too near the reception desks and have a habit of opening far too frequently allowing the sound of the busy road to make it difficult to hear the receptionist. It must also be very draughty for the reception staff! This surgery also has a very good relationship with the pharmacy opposite which means getting medication and acting on pharmacist medical advice is seamless.

I have been work this Surgery for the last 5 years and they are so good. The receptionist are nice and always accommodate patient needs. The Doctors and Nurses are great as well, if it wasn't for one of the Doctors I would never have known about a diagnostic, she referred me to scans and specialist even when I didn't think I needed it. They are definitely one of the best.

Headaches!!! Purely screaming discrimination!! The receptionist always have stinking attitude for what reasons?!?!

The worst GP, would not recommend. The worst GP receptionist, extremely rude and unprofessional. Have now joined a new GP and can see the difference in quality and care. This place needs new management or needs to be shut down. Cant believe its still running this many years in this poor management. What a shame
