        A big thank you to Hamza for his help and dedication. Me and my wife had just picked up an iron and were looking at shredders. Eventhough Hamza wasnt an expert, he made sure we were seen by the right person and took care of us afterwards. He showed a great level of patience as my wife looked through emails. He made sure our whole experience was stress free. All in all, he was great, and this was with 20-25mins left before closing time. This was in the Romford branch.

        Smit the shop assistant is so rude. Didnt acknowledge me once. He was dealing with a customer but didnt call anyone else to help me. I appreciate he was serving someone but I waited for 15 minutes and then walked out. He needs to be spoken to as he has no customer service and he is doing a job like that!
