        Good range of products, shame about some of the Sunday staffs attitude. I was looking for a floor protector for an office chair I saw on Dunelms website. I asked an elderly tubby member of staff (think she was in the material curtain area) for help. I described it carefully and told her I knew they sold it as I saw in on the website online. Without even bothering to check or help and because I said 'online' she said it was only available online. No checking. No help. Just rudely fobbed me off and walked away. I knew it was there somewhere so spent 5 minutes looking for it and found it. I then tracked this woman down and thanked her for her lack of help. She couldn't care less. Needs sacking tbf.
