Cheap Skips

Good service. Rang a few days before, it got delivered in the morning as agreed. Had it for 3 weeks, rang them back and it was picked up again within a couple of hours.

Orders a skip for delivery and collection for today. Chased this morning to find out what time the skip would arrive and finally got a call from the driver saying he would drop it off at 11am. He was not aware that he was supposed to pick it up the same day. Skip has not arrived and since then, neither Gary nor the driver will pick up the phone or return my calls. Shocking Customer Service and no skip.

We always use Cheap Skips - they are very reliable, helpful and their prices are very competitive. We used them on several jobs for skip hire and used their wait and load service as well. We had one ocassion when the job was booked last minute and we needed a skip asap and Gary was very helpful in sorting one out for us. Thank yu guys, we will defo be using you.
