They acted like they were doing me a favour whoever we spoke. Curt and unfriendly. They have no concept of customer service and only gave me a single delivery date to make work, there was zero concept of options or flexibility. Would not want to have such forceful and inconsiderate interactions again, definitely not when paying for a service and trying to be flexible myself.

We recently used Copseys for our flat move. We took full advantage of the full packing service and it was worth every penny. The team were very professional & polite and took good care of our personal possessions through the process. They were an absolute pleasure in making our move so smooth and effortless. We would throughly recommend them.
