        Told my mum it would be her fault if I killed myself. Caroline I hope you read this. Absolutely useless and if anything made my situation 10 times worse. Only cares for themselves and gives the worst advice. Wont give me my records when Ive requested them (even though its well within my legal right). Dont care for genders of sexualities and said I was lying about my SA and SH. Why dont you guys go for a cup of tea and a nice bath and re evaluate your life choices and think about the countless amount of children and adolescents that have suffered in your care.

        did not help everything was over the phone and they lied and discharged me back to gp. Her name was Alison or something. Now Ive been referred to a different service because clearly I shouldnt of been discharged.

        The person I spoke to Zara blamed me for things and said I was careless and my situation didnt sound that bad. She got angry with me for not sticking around when she was late to our appointment.
