Pros: food hygiene rating is 5 and offsted rating is good. Staff comes across genuine and it seems like they really care for your child genuinely. Did a very good job with potty training, provide detailed notes and photos of child's activity at the Nursery. They provide Quorn meat for children as a substitute. Very organised too. I trust them with my Child. You can send in your child on an extra day if needed 24hr notice. They take sunscreens and medication etc very serious I like how they communicate with parents like for an example when there was a spike in Strep A. I would live my second child to join, but might have to give it a miss due to moving home. Will really miss them I never felt anyone cares genuinely for my child like the staff do. They are very close knit. Cons: No bus stops, Staff genuine and trustworthy but can come across but unsympathic, believe their busy and had a long day can come across stiff.
