Brand new car been in and out of this branch for months. Finally got repaired last month. Serviced last week (At a different Stellantis branch) Only done 9000 miles and engine warning light comes on showing a fault that needs fixing. Was very close to dealer so popped in, at 16.47,over an hour before closing, only to he told 'Tough. Nothing we can do. We're fully booked till May. You can leave it here and make your own way home or drive to Chelmsford. If it breaks down, that's what your recovery service is for'. They would not put it on a diagnostic machine, or even take a look at the vehicle. Apparently, all the technicians were working on vehicles, none of which went out tonight. They spent over an hour arguing and telling me what they couldn't do, rather than finding a solution. No attempt whatsoever to provide customer service. This is a manufacturer owned main dealer and I paid more for the car than I paid for my house, albeit I bought my house a while back. You'd get better service if you bought a 500 jalopy from a back street cowboy garage. Eventually, I parked the car across the workshop entrance and then we started to make progress, but not before being shouted at by the most obnoxious , aggressive, rude, unhelpful customer service representative that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The aftersales manager tried a lot harder to find a solution than his colleagues. I left the vehicle and got the train home, with the promise of reimbursement and that my car would be looked at first thing. UPDATE 13th April I could talk about the promised call 'first thing' that failed to materialise. I could talk about the promised call back, after I phoned up, which failed to materialise. I could talk about all the subsequent unanswered phone calls that I made or the fact that they finally answered when I stopped using my mobile and switched to a landline, which they did not recognise. I could talk about the potentially dangerous fault and the fact that they wanted me to drive home up the A12, on the basis that, if I broke down, I had recovery. We all want to break down on an unlit, 70mph dual carriageway, without a proper hard shoulder and risk getting wiped out by a 40 tonne lorry. That says how much Stellantis care about their customers, even one that has spent over 65000 on new cars over the last seven years. However, I'll save those details for my letter to the CEO Instead, I'll highlight the fact that, in the 24 hours since my initial review, there have been a further four 1 star reviews of the service department. That speaks volumes. We can't all be wrong.

If you going to buy a car, the while world is diffrent! But when you need to repair a car o boy!!! Be careful, be patient like a Tibetan Monk and maybe some point in the future you will get your car, partially repaired. They will leave always something to make you go back.

Be careful and plan your calendar well. I have two cars that i start servicing in Romford. And from Feb 2023 till Apr 2023 one of the car is always with them. Or something went wrong or they have messed up the work and be careful even if you book a replacement vehicle that doesnt mean that you will get one. There is no customer service at all, everyone is like a robot, there is no humanity or something. I wanted to escalate my case with manager, but there is no manager when I call. Now you know why they change their name .
