        I have had problems for the last three years Ive lived in my flat I have up-and-coming battle to get it fixed then refused it. they know I have mental health And had three other people suffer in this block I live in continual problems with the bins with foxes rat on a daily basis and nothing gets done about it. Ive had under cover police put next door to me making problems I.e having police brake in to neighbours homes at 5:30-6 am and lying to our faces. Had our rent go up 3 times last year. Charge us for electricity but owe British Gas 15,000. The list can go on we are suffering and Im sick and tired of not saying nothing so now my time to say what swan is really like.

        Minimal queue. Relatively cheap accommodation. Though they've some unfavorable policy/rule which doesn't favors accommodation seekers.
