        My partner and I were hoping to do the work ourselves but realised we needed a third party. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and took the extra time and effort to get the job done. I would recommend to anyone in London, especially for people like ourselves who wanted it done without disturbing us.

        The Guys who came to my Bungalow were very polite and tidy, making sure they swept up at the end of every day. I had read some horror stories of other builders and was anxious before Swainlands came, but this was not the case with them and they are now doing work for my neighbour who is as impressed with them as I was. I will have no hesitation using them again. thank you swainlands.
