Oldchurch Cafe

Anas Cafe has been shut for a while now due to her Family situation, She intends to reopen soon She tells me. Sorry 'bout that. Missing you! Come back soon Ana and Sean. Thanks. I have known Ana for a few years now. That name of hers spelling is right by the way, she is Cypriot. Looks after you very well too she does, has a partner whom pops in from time to time, Shuan. Good at breakfast fry ups and makes nice fill you up meals quickly. Says she has run her place herself for over 22 years now. I love the fact she has an old gas driven kettle with the whistle on it for making the drinks with, remember those? Used to be the old Oldchurch Hospital Cafe, Cardiac Specialists and others still attend here whilst working around the now corner at the new Romford Queens Hospital in what used to be called and still is to a point I suppose Oldchurch Park. Very Professional and works hard to please her customers. On the 103 and 174 bus routes from Romford Station. Many come here to eat in the old Transport Cafe Style she runs here. Closes around 4pm but can stay open later according to demand. Feeds the fellas on the nearby housing site builds that come here too. Can park a couple of cars on the forecourt at the front of the Cafe too. Nice clean tables and always a warm welcome to you on arrival. Fulfilling!@?, my view... Come, chat and say hello

Top-notch breakfast, easily one of the best I've ever had! And a very friendly lady who runs it!
