I contracted Traci in relation of getting help with important court documents. My friend had used 1 st Response service before and so she had recommend them to me. Firstly, wow, wow, wow Traci is a first class lady giving a first class service. I was reluctant first what to expect as I have not used this type of service work before. Tracie ensured me that I was in good hands and that she will assist me in the best way possible. I cannot fault her at all , she has done incredible work of preparing my legal documents. She genuinely cares about her clients and the services she provides is 100% and goes extra mile to ensure that documents are done to an excellent standard. Tracie is a fantastic person, honest, caring and kind which is very rare to come by these days and I'm so happy to have had my work done with 1st response. She even offered adjustments after the delivery date without extra charge and kept in regular contact throughout the project. Just wow, what a fantastic lady. I would highly recommend her. You won't be disappointed.

This company unfortunately is a likely scam. I asked them to do transcripts on a few audios In which they said they could I relied on them for quick fast results. They have not done any work and I had to keep chasing them to get any answers. Still no work was done. These guys sound dodgy. Steer away!!!
