        Nursing staff and doctors very good to excellent. NHS Policy re Discharge Care Plan not followed with very unfortunate consequences for patient wanting to get home and husband trying to plan for that homecoming. Patient (has cancer), and husband have been very happy with care and treatment over last 4-5 years through the Royal Surrey and Frimley Hospitals, but have found communication within hospital departments and with GP very inconsitant to unacceptable.

        Comedy of errors. You'll come out with more wrong with you than you had when you went in. Too concerned with getting patients to fill in forms about the care received.
