Managed badly by Estuary Estates. Lifts continually breaking down and out of order for months. Building is filthy thanks to some residents who have no respect for what they are getting and leave garbage everywhere. Rats always in refuse area near entrance to building. Currently Lawtech replacing cladding so building surrounded by scaffolding and their management have zero consideration for the welfare of the residence living here.
