I took my watch in for a waterproof battery replacement, when I picked it up an hour later the staff member was hugging a crying lady and when he noticed me gave me back my watch and I very quickly and uncomfortable left. A day later I noticed there was time indicators missing of the face of my watch, next day my battery failed and my watch stopped. Went back to Timpsons and the staff member who "destroyed" my watch was playing ignorant and didnt even replace the battery! Contracted customer services over two weeks ago and "Joanne" promised to call me back in two days. I have a watch that doesn't work and has lost half its face and I paid over 12 for that privilege!

Got an iPhone 8 screen and battery fitted. The guy in the shop went above and beyond to help us get it sorted. He had it all done overnight and did a brilliant job. Thanks

The battery in my key fob went and being a pensioner i was really distressed fortunately a man showed me how to open the car. He said there was a Timpsons less than a mile away and they would sort it. The man at Timpsons Lee was fabulous he fitted a new battery and managed to calm me down. Absolutely excellent customer service . I went in stressed and came out smiling Thanks Lee I will certainly be back to get the spare key a new battery.
